5. How We Transfer Personal Information Internationally.
5.1 US based operations and data processing. Edwin operates exclusively within the United States. Personal Information collected through the Site is stored and processed in the United States.
5.2 International Data Transfers and Consents. If you access the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to the United States. We do not knowingly target or solicit individuals located outside the United States.
6. How we store and secure personal information
6.1 Data Storage and Security. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. 7.3 Withdraw Consent. If we have collected and processed your Personal Information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. This Privacy Policy is not intended to apply to individuals in those jurisdictions.
7.7 California Privacy Rights. As Edwin does not currently meet the thresholds established by the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”), the CCPA does not apply to your use of the Services. In the event that Edwin does meet the thresholds established by the CCPA in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.
7.8 Other State Privacy Laws. Edwin monitors developments in state privacy laws, including the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), and other emerging state privacy regulations. If Edwin becomes subject to any of these laws in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect applicable rights and obligations.
8. Other information
8.1 Do Not Track. Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
8.2 We Never Sell Personal Information. We will never sell your Personal Information to any third party.
8.3 Information About Children. The Site is not intended for or targeted at children under 18, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect Personal Information about children under 18.
